K. B. Battaglini is a Houston-based media/entertainment lawyer. He obtained a B.A. in Drama (acting/directing/design) from the State University of New York, and an M.A. in Film/Television Producing from Regent University, and is a Distinguished Honor Graduate in Broadcast Journalism from the Department of Defense Information School.
He obtained a J.D. from South Texas College of Law-Houston, and an LL.M. (Master of Laws) from the University of Houston Law Center. He serves as adjunct faculty in the Cinema, Media Arts and Writing Department at Houston Baptist University.
He was a producer on the critically-acclaimed feature-length film The Challenger Disaster (2019). His expertise lies with film/television producing, writing, story development, scheduling, budgeting, contracts, media law, and copyright clearance.
